View photos from this event » Autumn Open Space Walk at Mossy Pond Peninsula - Sunday, September 27, 2009 The Mossy Pond Peninsula is a 17+ acre parcel that is currently owned by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Division of Fisheries and Wildlife. This parcel was purchased by the Commonwealth for protected open space in exchange for the Town of Clinton placing additional conservation restrictions on the Wekepeke Reservoir. This parcel includes Blueberry Island, a floating island in Mossy Pond. View photos from this event » South Nashua River Cleanup - Sunday, June 7, 2009 Presented by Nashua River Watershed Association and Clinton Greenway Conservation Trust. Thank you to Weetabix for sponsoring the cleanup. 7th Annual Nashua River Walk - Sunday, May 17, 2009 CGCT held its Seventh Annual River Walk at the town-owned greenway along the Nashua River. The walk includes a shorter loop or a longer, more difficult loop, both starting at the Water Street Bridge, and follows locally-known spots such as Long Swamp, Steep Bank, High Bridge, Stump Hill, and Sandy Bank.
